Sports We Fit Mouthguards For

Any contact or collision sport puts your teeth at risk. Custom mouthguards are recommended for players of all ages and skill levels, the investment is small compared to replacing a knocked-out tooth.

Why Custom Beats Over-the-Counter

Precise Fit

Made from a detailed impression of your teeth, it stays in place instead of shifting or falling out during play.

Superior Protection

Custom guards absorb and distribute impact forces far more effectively than boil-and-bite alternatives.

Easier to Breathe

A proper fit means you can breathe and communicate naturally, no bulk, no discomfort.

Protects Jaw Joints

A well-fitted guard also reduces stress on the temporomandibular joints during impact.

Long-Lasting

Professional materials last significantly longer than boil-and-bite guards, which degrade quickly.

Team Colours

We can make your guard in your team or club colours, popular with junior and senior athletes alike.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get a custom mouthguard?

Impressions are taken at your first appointment. The guard is usually ready within one to two weeks, depending on the laboratory turnaround time.

Are custom mouthguards covered by health insurance?

Yes, many extras policies include mouthguards. We process HICAPS on the spot so you only pay the gap. Check your policy for your specific rebate amount.

How long does a mouthguard last?

Adults' guards typically last two to three seasons with proper care. Children and teenagers may need a new guard each season as their teeth and jaws develop.

Do children need custom mouthguards?

Absolutely, children's teeth are just as susceptible to sports injuries and the consequences (knocked-out or broken teeth) are the same. We size them for young athletes and can make them in fun colours.

Can I wear a mouthguard over braces?

Yes. We make special guards designed to fit over orthodontic appliances, protecting both the teeth and the braces hardware during sport.
